ScienceEvents is an private application containing a real-time, curated stream of science-related events around the world.
Events with detailed descriptions are loaded into the app, geotagged by city/location, and are further categorized by subjects like Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics. Users can set filters so they can scan for upcoming events and mark them in their favorites list.
Venturesoft developed the backend using a popular LAMP framework, the native iOS client for the iPhone app, and the backend administrative interface for the editorial team at ScienceHouse.
